Mr. Andrew Jones, Founder and Executive Director of Cornerstone Deliverance & Development Ministries, Inc. based in Pompano Beach, Florida, believes that knowledge is meant to empower in order for people to help people. According to Mr. Jones, “At the end of the day, every business is in the people business — if your business doesn’t care about people, then you’re out of business.”

Mr. Jones has shown his commitment and drive for learning and helping others throughout his life. Authentically, known as the “Jones of All Trades” his care for people can be identified through a culmination of experiences providing a hands-on perspective of the human condition. As the youngest of seven children born to parents dedicated to ministry and community development, Andrew learned a valuable leadership cornerstone that has been foundational to his success, which is “decisions come from the top, but the top has to come down to meet people where they are.” As an accomplished Collegiate Division I Athlete, Mentor, Coach, Teacher, Minister, Financial Consultant, Business Developer, Community Leader, and Entrepreneur; Andrew’s unwavering commitment, trust and drive to oversee plans and processes to fruition ensuring valuable connections are made along the way, have created clear pathways and vision to help people successfully navigate otherwise intimidating markets and systems. Mr. Jones takes great joy in his family and preparing his children and teaching other young people that learning is a lifelong pursuit and contribution to the community is a worthy application necessary to build character.

Born and raised in Florida and a proud graduate of Dillard High School, Mr. Jones began Cornerstone Deliverance & Development Ministries, Inc. to eliminate historic poverty and dependency-inducing systems through development of self-actualizing and self-sustaining community-based economics with a specific emphasis toward American inner-city communities. Since then, Cornerstone Deliverance & Development Ministries has expanded to create, develop, and grow relationships and businesses that extend and support our foundational groundwork.

Mr. Jones has impressively earned the following educational accomplishments, which truly reflect his passion for people and service at every stage of life: Bachelor of Arts in Education at West Virginia University; Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education at First Born Seminary and Training School in Georgia; Associate of Arts in Early Child Care Directorship from Palm Beach State University; and an Associate of Science in Funeral Services Mortuary Science from Miami Dade College. He is an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and presides over 12 Non-Profit organizations.
